Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

For standard shipping to supported destinations in the United States, estimated transit is generally 5–12 business days after dispatch. Actual timing can vary because of destination, carrier operations, weather, customs where applicable, seasonal volume, or other transportation circumstances.

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Any free-shipping offer that applies will also be shown before checkout is completed.

Depending on inventory availability, product location, and destination, orders may be fulfilled through our own operations or designated fulfillment partners. The physical shipping origin may differ from the business registration address.

Once an order is dispatched and tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided by email or through the applicable order-tracking method. Initial carrier activity may take approximately 48 hours after label creation to appear.

Email service@laeidnn.com with your order number if tracking has not updated for an extended period, a shipment appears lost, or a package marked delivered cannot be located after reasonable checks. We will review the available shipment information and assist with reasonable next steps.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Before sending merchandise back, email service@laeidnn.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and relevant photos or videos where necessary. After approval, Customer Care will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping for preference-based returns. If a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed item is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution without requiring the customer to bear the reasonable return cost caused by the qualifying issue. No separate restocking fee is charged for approved eligible returns.

After an approved returned item is received, we generally aim to complete inspection within 5 business days. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. A bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.

Contact us as soon as possible. We recommend submitting cancellation or change requests within 12 hours after purchase whenever possible. Requests received after that point may still be reviewed if fulfillment has not begun. No cancellation fee is charged for an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.
